Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve challenges within accounts to provide effective, tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan aligning shared priorities to drive product demand and support patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive and cross-functional knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends to generate local insights, support pull-through, and engage customers virtually or in person.
- Facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders to solve complex challenges and collaborate across functions.
- Deliver real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for a seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).

Qualifications (Essential):
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience (last 5 years) in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams; other complex sales backgrounds welcome. Associate: limited prior sales experience encouraged.
- Proven high-performance record selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with analytic abilities and ethical leadership/compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory (or within 50 miles of territory border); travel 60–80%; drive and/or fly within territory; valid driver’s license.

Desirable:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy & bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.

Leveling (by experience): Associate (4+ yrs military leadership or limited sales); Specialist (2+ yrs relevant experience); Senior (5+ yrs); Executive (10+ yrs).
