Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Build and execute a territory plan using shared priorities, insights, and tactics to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge and cross-functional dynamics to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Leverage territory data and market trends for pull-through efforts and customer engagement (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex problems across functions.
- Provide real-time access support with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach.
Qualifications (Essential):
- Bachelorβs degree (4-year).
- 5 years (or per leveling) experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similar complex sales with large, geographically dispersed teams.
- Proven high-performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Analytical, ethical, self-directed problem solving and compliance mindset.
- Reside in territory (or within 50 miles of border); travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license.
- No relocation support; no visa sponsorship.
Desirable:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services/market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or HCP medical calling.
