Role Summary

The Revenue Growth Management Manager (RGM) supports strategy to drive sustainable revenue and margin growth across Perrigoβ€šΓ„Γ΄s North American business. This role delivers data-driven insights to optimize pricing, trade, and promotions, while partnering cross-functionally to build and deploy commercial tools, dashboards, and models that inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop targeted RGM strategies across all five pillars (price, mix, ppa, promo, trade terms) by delivering actionable analytical insights that support customer and/or brand priorities across OTC, Infant Formula, and Oral Care portfolio.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate RGM principles into category plans, innovation pipelines, and customer engagement strategies to enhance commercial effectiveness.
  • Build and implement frameworks, tools, and KPIs that enable consistent execution and performance tracking across commercial initiatives.
  • Support deployment and implementation of analytics solutions by collaborating cross-functionally with IT, Customer teams, and global RGM partners.
  • Synthesize complex analytical outputs into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations to inform and influence internal and external decision makers.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in analytics, commercial strategy, RGM, or commercial finance. CPG experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing complex financial model
  • History of cross-functional collaboration to address and solve complex commercial and business challenges through shared problem-solving and strategic alignment
  • Understanding of North American retail dynamics and customer formats

Skills

  • Understanding of RGM principles and levers, including pricing, mix, and promotional effectiveness
  • Ability to synthesize data into insights that drive commercial decision-making
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work across Sales, BI, Marketing, and Finance teams
  • Clear and effective communicator with experience presenting insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in both digital and traditional retail environments
