Responsible AI Manager - Agentic AI Governance

Role: Responsible AI Manager focusing on agentic AI governance within Amgen's AI & Data Science team. Objectives: establish and operationalize risk-based governance frameworks for enterprise and third-party AI solutions, ensuring responsible AI use aligned with regulatory and organizational policies. Responsibilities: design and improve governance approaches for agentic AI, translate compliance expectations into operational processes, define technical controls such as access and oversight mechanisms, monitor AI risk trends and standards, and develop governance documentation and communication materials. Requirements: doctorate or advanced degree with relevant experience, or equivalent in AI/ML product development, MLOps, or AI governance; strong technical fluency in AI systems, risk management, and familiarity with regulations like EU AI Act or NIST AI RMF. Preferred skills include hands-on experience with AI platforms, enterprise AI governance, and translating AI risk into business practices; experience in regulated industries such as biotech or healthcare is advantageous.
