Resource Utilization & Integration Lead

Role: Senior Manager leading Resource Utilization & Integration within Takeda's Global Communications & Governance (GC&G) office, reporting to the Chief of Staff. Responsibilities: oversee key GC&G processes to optimize resource use, support budget governance, develop dashboards and analytics for leadership decision-making, manage vendor relationships, and drive process improvements and operational excellence. Act as HR's point of contact and support team capability development, stakeholder engagement, and special project execution. Requirements: minimum 5 years in operations or strategy roles, experience managing cross-functional programs, strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools, a Bachelor's degree in business or related field, and experience in global organizational processes.
