Research & Development Rotational Program Associate

Role: Participate in Pfizer's two-year R&D rotational program aimed at developing early career scientists in drug discovery and development. Objectives: Gain broad experience across multiple R&D disciplines to build technical expertise and business acumen. Responsibilities: complete four 6-month rotations involving projects in areas such as assay development, medicinal chemistry, clinical trial design, artificial intelligence, and data analytics; contribute to cross-functional teams and initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (GxP relevant); minimum 3.3 GPA; up to 2 years of work experience post-graduation; willingness to commit to the program; authorized to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship.
