Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (GxP relevant); minimum 3.3 GPA; up to 2 years of work experience post-graduation; willingness to commit to the program; authorized to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship. Preferred skills: technological aptitude, adaptability, innovation, strong communication, teamwork, and self-starting attitude.
