Research & Development Rotational Program Associate

Role: The Pfizer R&D Rotational Program aims to develop early-career scientists and STEM graduates into pharmaceutical industry professionals through a two-year, multi-disciplinary training experience. Responsibilities: Participants undertake four 6-month rotations across drug discovery, clinical development, regulatory planning, and operations, engaging in projects such as assay development, medicinal chemistry, clinical trial design, and digital medicine. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related fields with a minimum 3.3 GPA; no more than 2 years of post-graduation work experience; US work authorization; willingness to commit to two years and participate fully in the program.
