Role: Participant in Pfizer's two-year R&D rotational program focused on early to late-stage drug discovery and development in life sciences. Objectives: gain broad experiential understanding of drug research, clinical trials, regulatory planning, and business support through four 6-month rotations. Responsibilities: engage in projects across disciplines including assay development, medicinal chemistry, clinical trial design, digital medicine, and data analytics; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to various R&D processes. Requirements: Bachelor's in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Data Science, etc.), minimum 3.3 GPA, up to 2 years of post-graduate work, authorized to work in the U.S., willing to commit for two years, strong communication and adaptability skills. Preferred: technological aptitude, innovative mindset, accountability, teamwork, and leadership qualities. High-Value: exposure to drug discovery, clinical trial design, digital health, and cross-functional R&D teams; laboratory and non-laboratory experience; on-premise work location with face-to-face collaboration; participation in a structured development program with mentorship.
