Role: Research Associate supporting upstream process development for viral vector production using gene therapy platforms. Responsibilities: conduct experiments on bioreactor setup, mammalian cell culture, media prep, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting; contribute to process design, data recording, and analysis; support tech transfer to manufacturing; collaborate with cross-functional teams like manufacturing and MSAT. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Biomedical, Chemical, or Bioengineering; understanding of aseptic techniques, cell culture, bioreactors, and virology; experience with bioreactors and upstream processing is a plus.
