Research Associate, Upstream Process Development

Role: Support upstream process development for gene therapy vector production through experimental research and process optimization. Responsibilities: operate bench bioreactors, conduct mammalian cell cultures, prepare media/buffers, troubleshoot equipment, design experiments, analyze data, and facilitate tech transfer to manufacturing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing and MSAT.
