Role Responsibilities:
- Execute high-quality cell culture and differentiation experiments, ensuring accuracy, reproducibility, and adherence to established protocols.
- Perform and analyze flow cytometry assays; interpret and present data to guide R&D.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with scientists, process engineers, and analytical teams to meet project milestones and optimize workflows.
- Maintain detailed electronic laboratory notebooks (ELNs) documenting procedures, observations, and outcomes in compliance with internal quality standards.
- Stay current with emerging literature and technologies in stem cell biology, immunology, and cell therapy.
- Contribute to process development initiatives to translate bench-scale findings into scalable, robust manufacturing processes.
- Assist in authoring/reviewing CMC documents for regulatory filings (e.g., IND, BLA) in collaboration with the organization.
- Collaborate with internal and external team members; foster a collaborative, scientifically rigorous team culture.

Qualifications:
- B.S. or M.S. in a relevant biological/technical/cell engineering field; B.S.: 2–4 years; M.S.: 0–2 years.

Requirements/Preferred Skills:
- Experience with mammalian cell culture and media optimization.
- Understanding of cell biology/physiology and/or engineering fundamentals; iPSC experience desirable.
- Understanding of bioprocess characterization/validation, cGMP, and GLP.
- Strong communication (written/verbal) and organization; detail-oriented; can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience designing, executing, and troubleshooting new protocols and assays.

Benefits:
- $102,000–$118,000 salary range; annual performance-based bonus (prorated); medical/dental/vision; 401K match; 20+ days PTO (prorated).
