ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

These may include, but will not be limited to:
- Execution of flow-based assays for clinical programs
- Draft, develop and/or review SOPs, or any other documentation needed to support the clinical laboratory work.
- Execute standard experiments evaluating immunophenotyping, T cell activation and cytotoxicity, as needed
- Manage critical reagent inventories for clinical testing
- Help execute/perform internal laboratory activities under tight timelines
- Maintain up to date records
- Draft reports of work and study conclusions
- Other duties as deemed necessary
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Must have a B.S in cell biology, immunology, oncology or related field with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience for RA-level or 5+ years for SRA-level
- Experience with primary human cells isolation, culture, and activation in vitro.
- Experience in multi-color flow cytometry for immunophenotyping and functional assays is desirable.
- Experience in flow cytometry analysis is desirable(ie. FlowJo, DIVA, FCS Express, CellEngine, or Cytobank).
- Experience in cytokine/ chemokine evaluation assays (ELISA, MSD, Olink etc.) is desirable.
- Experience working in a clinical environment following GCLP, GDP or GLP guidelines is a plus.
- Experience validating flow cytometry assay and methods for clinical use is a plus.
- Proficiency in excel, PowerPoint and GraphPad Prism is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Success in this role requires great attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Skills to be an effective team player, strong individual contributor, self-motivated, flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results under tight timelines
- Experience in Biotech or Pharma industry a plus.
