Basic Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in an industrial laboratory setting.

Main Responsibilities
- Support platform innovation by applying RNA synthesis technologies to individual programs.
- Evaluate and develop new technologies to improve current platform processes.
- Operate and optimize Hamilton Vantage automated systems and liquid handling platforms using Venus software.
- Design and execute enzymatic reactions focused on in vitro transcription (IVT) and enzyme kinetics.
- Perform nucleic acid purification and characterization using advanced analytical techniques.
- Design experiments and conduct quantitative data analysis to drive scientific conclusions.

Qualifications / Required/Preferred Skills
- Strong enzymatic reaction/catalysis background with emphasis on IVT and enzyme kinetics.
- Demonstrated RNA synthesis and nucleic acid/protein biochemistry; enzymatic process development (preferably for mRNA manufacturing).
- Experience with Hamilton Vantage and Venus (liquid handling).
- Proficiency in RNA purification/assays: ethanol precipitation, spectrophotometry, capillary electrophoresis, ELISA, qPCR.
- Strong experimental design and quantitative data analysis.
- Fluency in English (written/verbal); detail-oriented, well organized, collaborative, adaptable.
