Role: Research Associate/Representative in process chemistry focused on oligonucleotide therapeutics, responsible for developing and optimizing synthesis, purification, and analytical methods to produce milligram to gram quantities of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API). Objectives include advancing process development, understanding technical requirements, and supporting manufacturing transfer and CMC submissions. Core responsibilities involve executing process development experiments, documenting results, applying process chemistry principles for scale-up and GMP compliance, and utilizing Design of Experiments (DOE) for process validation. Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related fields, with at least 2 years of pharmaceutical experience. Knowledge of oligonucleotide synthesis, purification, conjugation, and lyophilization is advantageous. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills required.
