Research Associate, Pharmacology & Cell Biology

Role: Research Associate supporting Cogent Biosciences' Pharmacology and Cell Biology teams, focusing on laboratory operations, research animal care, and cell biology activities. Responsibilities include routine animal husbandry, test article administration via oral and IP routes, laboratory organization, and inventory management; potential growth to include cell line maintenance and molecular workflows. Requirements: Bachelor of Science preferred, with at least 1 year of laboratory animal care experience and familiarity with test article administration; strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Preferred skills include animal dosing experience and cell/molecular biology expertise. High-Value: supporting preclinical research in oncology (KIT exon 17 mutations, GIST, Systemic Mastocytosis), with involvement in animal studies and cell-based assays. WorkSetup: based in Waltham, MA or Boulder, CO, with a salary range of $35-40/hr and a target 10% bonus.
