Research Associate, Pharmacology & Cell Biology

Role: Research Associate supporting Cogent Biosciences' Pharmacology and Cell Biology teams, focused on laboratory operations, animal care, and cell biology activities. Responsibilities include daily research animal husbandry, administering test articles via oral and IP routes, laboratory organization, inventory management, and assisting with routine experiments. Growth opportunities include cell line maintenance and advanced workflows. Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least 1 year of laboratory animal care experience preferred; experience in administering test articles and laboratory organization is desirable. Skills: strong attention to detail, ability to follow protocols, good communication, independence, and eagerness to learn.
