Role: Research Associate supporting pharmacology studies through ligand binding assay development and validation to facilitate compound characterization in drug discovery. Responsibilities: develop, qualify, and execute ligand binding assays and in vitro methods (e.g., ELISA, Octet, cell-based assays) for in vivo and in vitro pharmacology; analyze data using Prism and Excel; document experiments thoroughly; prioritize workload effectively. Requirements: bachelorโs degree with 2+ years or masterโs with 1+ year relevant industry experience; proven ligand binding assay development and routine sample analysis skills; proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with ELISA, MSD, and cell-based assays; strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills; ability to perform SOP-driven testing in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Preferred: experience with immunogenicity/ADA analysis; coding or data management skills. High-Value: biopharma drug discovery, preclinical in vitro pharmacology, ligand binding assay development, immunoassays.
