Role: Research Associate specializing in in vivo studies, histology, and molecular biology within a biotech developing genetic medicines. Responsibilities: conduct rodent pharmacology experiments (IV, IP, SC, CNS surgeries), tissue harvesting, histological sectioning, IHC/IF, and imaging; perform gene/protein expression analyses using qRT-PCR, Western blot, and ELISA; generate high-quality biodistribution, target engagement, and biological response data in animal models. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Cell Biology or related field, 1+ years lab experience, strong skills in rodent in vivo work, histology, and bioanalytical techniques.
