Role: Support in vivo pharmacology studies for oncology, inflammatory, and autoimmune disease programs, focusing on characterizing compound activity and mechanisms in mouse models. Responsibilities: perform animal dosing via oral, intraperitoneal, and subcutaneous routes; collect blood and tissue samples; prepare compound formulations; design and execute in vivo studies; maintain detailed records; assist with breeding, husbandry, and sample processing; support tumor cell culture work; monitor animal health per IACUC standards. Requirements: BS/MS in Biology, Pharmacology, Animal Science or related field with 4+ years industry experience; strong hands-on laboratory animal expertise; experience in compound formulation, dosing, blood/tissue collection, necropsy; organizational skills and attention to detail; flexible work hours including evenings/weekends; ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Preferred: cell culture experience; pharmacodynamic assay experience (Western blot, ELISA, MSD); AALAS ALAT certification (LVT a plus); surgical skills.
