Role: The Research Associate II supports preclinical research in genetic therapy drug development at Sarepta, focusing on assay implementation and laboratory support for GCP/GLP studies. Responsibilities include executing and troubleshooting molecular assays (Western blot, ELISA, ddPCR, RT-ddPCR), preparing samples, maintaining reagents, and assisting in developing new lab techniques. The position involves working closely with researchers on animal studies and analyzing primary samples, contributing to the advancement of Duchenne muscular dystrophy therapies. Requirements: Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s in Biology, Science, Medical, or Engineering; experience with molecular biology assays and small animal handling; meticulous attention to SOPs; strong communication skills; motivated team player. Preferred: Prior lab training in relevant assays, familiarity with GxP environments, and experience in a fast-paced research setting. High-Value: Support for gene therapy preclinical studies, molecular assay development, and working within GCP/GLP frameworks. Work setup: On-site at a Sarepta facility in the United States; candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
