Research Associate II, Bioanalytical/In Vitro ADME/DMPK

Role: Bioanalytical-In Vitro DMPK Research Associate II supporting Nurix's drug discovery programs by characterizing ADME properties of candidates through in vitro and in vivo studies. Responsibilities: develop and qualify LC-MS/MS bioanalytical methods, quantify drugs, metabolites, and biomarkers in biological matrices, conduct in vitro stability and metabolite identification assays, troubleshoot analytical systems, manage CRO outsourcing projects, and report data. Requirements: BS or MS with 4+ years in small molecule bioanalysis within pharma/biotech; expertise in LC-MS/MS, especially SCIEX systems; experience with PK analysis software like Phoenix; strong laboratory skills in biological matrices. Preferred: CRO management experience, proficiency with LC-QTOF MS/MS, and troubleshooting skills. High-Value: small molecule ADME, PK/PD support, LC-MS/MS method development, biological sample analysis, in vivo/in vitro pharmacokinetics, and biotransformation. Location: onsite Brisbane, CA.
