Research Associate I/II, Formulation & Process Development

Role: Formulation and process development scientist supporting early-stage biopharmaceutical platform for dried powder formulations, focusing on lyophilization and spray drying techniques. Responsibilities: design and execute mixing protocols, produce and characterize dried powders, support process scalability through documentation, and establish best practices for formulation workflows. Tasks include stability studies, data interpretation, and experimental design to inform scalable, stable formulations. Requirements: BS or MS in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field; RA I: up to 2 years industry experience, RA II: 2-4 years or MS with 0-2 years experience; knowledge of physical chemistry and solid-state characterization techniques preferred; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
