Research Associate

Role: Research Associate focused on process R&D for enzymatic ligation and downstream oligonucleotide production, supporting tech transfer to large-scale manufacturing. Responsibilities: execute experiments to optimize chemical reactions and processes; develop and validate methods for oligonucleotide purification, analysis, and quantification; document activities per cGMP standards; collaborate with cross-functional teams across all R&D stages. Requirements: Bachelor's in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical or biochemical engineering; 2+ years industrial pharmaceutical experience; knowledge of process chemistry and development; capable of independent and team-based project work. Preferred: Master’s degree; experience with DNA/RNA enzymatic manipulation and biocatalysis; strong data analysis and documentation skills.
