Responsibilities: conduct protein purification using chromatography (FPLC, affinity, ion-exchange, SEC), perform biophysical and analytical assays (SDS-PAGE, SEC, BLI), assist with mammalian expression of molecules in CHO and HEK cells, establish stable cell lines, and document experimental work. Requirements: enrolled in a master's program in biochemistry, structural biology, chemistry, or related field; practical experience in wet lab techniques, protein purification, and characterization; strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently and cross-functionally. Preferred: experience in protein chemistry, protein-protein interactions, protein engineering, and expression in bacterial/mammalian systems; prior internship or co-op experience. High-Value: focus on TGF-Ξ² signaling, biologics development, early-stage research, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. WorkSetup: not specified; pay range approximately $28-$32/hour.
