Position Summary
This role executes complex and repetitive manufacturing processes in accordance with established SOPs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to production timelines. Responsibilities include manufacturing conjugated antibodies meeting high quality specifications, maintaining detailed production records, supporting product processing (aliquoting and labeling), and assisting with inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform antibody conjugation processes per established SOPs to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Accurately document production activities/data in designated systems for traceability and compliance.
- Support product processing: retrieval, aliquoting, capping, and labeling.
- Partner with Technical Services by providing scientific input and conducting additional testing for customer inquiries and product issues.
- Contribute to product line development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with inventory management and general laboratory organization.
- Execute additional laboratory and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in a scientific discipline (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 yearsβ lab experience in lieu of a degree.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of general lab techniques.
- Ability to handle repetitive complex tasks with high accuracy.
- Detail-oriented; plan, organize, multitask; work independently and with a team.
- Professional oral and written communication.
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
- Laboratory/production environment with chemicals, reagents, and standard lab equipment.
- Lift and handle 5β50 lbs; stand/walk and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods; manual dexterity for fine measurement and equipment.
