Clinical Research and Development
Role: Research Associate supporting development and validation of cell-based bioassays for evaluating potency and biological activity of mRNA therapeutics and vaccines. Responsibilities: execute assays, optimize and troubleshoot development, perform cell culture, analyze data, document experiments, and support assay robustness improvements. Collaborate with Quality, Process Development, and Research teams to generate scientifically rigorous data for clinical and commercial programs. Requirements: BS in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology, or related field; 0-3+ yearsβ experience in mammalian cell culture, bioassays, or related techniques; strong attention to detail, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. Preferred: familiarity with ELISA, reporter assays, nucleic acid therapeutics (RNA, DNA), delivery systems (LNPs, viral vectors), data analysis tools like GraphPad Prism. High-Value: focus on mRNA modality, in vitro potency assays, support for both clinical and commercial phases, strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards. Work Setup: site-based in Norwood, MA, full-time; no remote option.
