Research Associate 1

Role: IVD Product Development Research Associate 1 supporting molecular biology experiments for genetic testing in a biopharma context. Responsibilities: execute experiments including DNA isolation, PCR library prep, NGS sample processing; develop SOPs; manage lab specimens, track samples via database and Excel; maintain lab equipment and inventory; ensure compliance with privacy and safety standards. Requirements: BS/BA in biological sciences; at least 1 year molecular biology lab experience; proficiency in pipetting, PCR/qPCR, nucleic acid extraction, NGS sample prep, and database querying; strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
