Role Summary

Research and Development (R&D) Bioscience Graduate Program – Boston. Two-year program with three eight-month placements in drug discovery and development. Based in Boston, MA. Starting September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Participate in diverse R&D projects across drug discovery and development.
• Assist across various functions and therapy areas as part of three eight-month placements.
• Engage in mentorship from industry experts and collaborate with management and peers to expand technical skills.
• Contribute to scientific knowledge development and hands-on research activities.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's or master's degree in life sciences or related field, awarded in 2025 or before September 2026.
• Required: Proactive problem-solving, critical thinking, strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Required: Passion for drug discovery, ability to work in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Skills

• Laboratory and/or computational/bioinformatics capabilities relevant to biology, biochemistry, or pharmacology.
• Ability to adapt to multiple placements and work across different therapy areas.

Education

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences or related subject.
