Remote Technical and Applications Support - Cell Analysis

Role: Provide remote technical and applications support for Agilent Seahorse solutions, cell culture, and flow cytometry. Objectives: assist customers post-sale with hardware, software, and applications issues to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities: troubleshoot instrument hardware/software, document support interactions, follow-up on cases, collaborate with field/repair teams, provide feedback to internal departments, and develop technical resources. Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's in Life Sciences or related field; 4+ years lab experience with Seahorse platforms; experience in flow cytometry and metabolism data analysis preferred; knowledge of BioTek instruments is a plus; proficiency in French beneficial.
