Remote Technical and Applications Support - Cell Analysis

Role: Remote Technical and Applications Support specialist for Agilent's Cell Analysis solutions, focusing on Seahorse platforms, cell culture, and flow cytometry. Responsibilities: troubleshoot hardware/software issues remotely via phone, email, and webchat; document interactions; ensure timely support case closure; collaborate with field and repair teams; provide customer feedback; develop technical resources; occasionally attend training and shadow support calls. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's in Life Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology); 4+ years lab experience with Seahorse instruments; knowledge of flow cytometry and metabolism data preferred; experience with BioTek instruments beneficial; French language skills advantageous; prior customer-facing experience a plus.
