Field Reimbursement Manager (Lexington-Fayette, KY)
Responsibilities:
- Support Health Care Practitioner offices in obtaining appropriate access to Regeneron products for patients.
- Work cross-functionally with Regeneron and Alliance sales teams as process and payer subject matter expert.
- Execute strategic/tactical plans for Alliance product access and reimbursement initiatives for defined products/accounts.
- Collaborate with assigned REGN and Sanofi partners (District Sales Managers, Medical Specialists, FRMs, Reimbursement, Marketing/Access) to ensure coverage and customer knowledge of access processes and patient services.
- Provide process, payer, and specialty pharmacy support to educate physician offices to streamline coverage and specialty pharmacy steps.
- Establish and maintain knowledge of the local/national payer landscape, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria.
- Build relationships with targeted healthcare provider offices to resolve payer coverage barriers in compliance with Regeneron policies and SOPs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (minimum educational requirement).
- 5+ years in pharmaceuticals and/or sub-cutaneous self-injectable biologics in a matrix environment; 2+ years reimbursement experience.
- Experience with Specialty Pharmacy network delivery (critical).
Preferred:
- Reimbursement experience.
- Self-injectable biologic product experience.
- Leadership and effective cross-functional teamwork.
Skills:
- Strong collaboration and proactive communication.
- Ability to work within an Account Management structure.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
