Role Summary
The Field Access & Reimbursement environment for specialty biologics has proven to be highly challenging for HCPs and Patients. The Field Reimbursement Manager is a front-line member of the Regeneron Commercial and Field Reimbursement Management team, supporting Health Care Practitioner offices in obtaining appropriate access to Regeneron products for patients and coordinating with internal stakeholders to support reimbursement strategy.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with Regeneron and Alliance sales organizations to act as a process and payer subject matter expert, developing strategic plans for access and reimbursement initiatives.
- Meet established performance parameters by coordinating with District Sales Managers, Medical Specialists, other FRMs, Reimbursement, Marketing and Access teams to ensure efficient coverage and knowledge of Regeneron patient services.
- Provide process, payer, and specialty pharmacy support to educate physician offices on coverage of alliance products and streamline coverage and specialty pharmacy processes.
- Maintain knowledge of local and national payer landscapes, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria for assigned products.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and/or sub-cutaneous self-injectable biologics in a matrix environment, with 2 years of Reimbursement experience; experience with products via a Specialty Pharmacy network.
- Preferred: Biologic expertise (Specialty Pharmacy/Buy & Bill) and strong collaboration, communication, and results-oriented capabilities across regions and stakeholders.
