Role Summary
The Field Reimbursement Manager is a frontline member of Regeneronโs Commercial and Field Reimbursement Management team, located in Tampa, FL. The RBM supports health care practitioner offices in obtaining appropriate access to Regeneron products, ensuring optimal access and pull-through, and understanding access services and program support as it relates to the Regeneron product portfolio. The RBM collaborates across internal stakeholders, sales teams, payer teams, alliance partners, and HUBs, and reports to the District Manager of Field Market Access.
Responsibilities
- Act as a process and payer subject-matter expert, in collaboration with Regeneron and Alliance sales organizations, to support the healthcare provider segment; develop a strategic tactical plan for Alliance product access and reimbursement initiatives relevant to each product and account within the defined market.
- Monitor performance against established parameters; work with District Sales Managers, Medical Specialists, other FRM, Reimbursement, Marketing and Access teams in assigned geographical areas to ensure efficient coverage and knowledge of REGN patient services within defined accounts.
- Provide process, payer, and specialty pharmacy support to educate physician offices regarding coverage of alliance products, to streamline the coverage and specialty pharmacy processes to acquire alliance products.
- Establish and maintain knowledge on the local and national payer landscape, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria for assigned products.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's degree; at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals and/or sub-cutaneous self-injectable biologics working in a matrix environment; 2 years Reimbursement experience; experience with products delivered through a Specialty Pharmacy network.
- Preferred: Biologic expertise (Specialty Pharmacy/Buy & Bill); strong collaboration; ability to communicate across multiple regions via different mediums; track record of delivering results; ability to meet the expectations of internal and external customers.
