Field Reimbursement Manager, Immunology – Pulmonology and Gastroenterology
Responsibilities:
- Support Health Care Practitioner offices in obtaining appropriate access to Regeneron products for patients; ensure optimal access, pull-through, and understanding of access services/program support.
- Support company/divisional reimbursement strategy across payer segments.
- Work cross-functionally with Regeneron and Alliance sales (Sales Directors, Medical Specialists) as process/payer subject matter expert.
- Execute strategic/tactical plans for Alliance product access and reimbursement initiatives for defined products/accounts.
- Collaborate with REGN and Sanofi partners and internal teams to ensure coverage and customer knowledge within assigned accounts.
- Provide process/payer/specialty pharmacy support and educate physician offices to streamline coverage and specialty pharmacy processes.
- Maintain knowledge of local/national payer landscape, including specialty pharmacy and utilization management criteria.
- Build relationships with targeted provider offices to resolve payer coverage barriers in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5+ years in pharmaceuticals and/or sub-cutaneous self-injectable biologics in a matrix environment; 2+ years reimbursement experience.
- Experience with products delivered through a Specialty Pharmacy network (critical).
- Knowledge of CMS policies/processes; expertise in Part D (pharmacy benefit design and coverage policy).
- Field-based: must live in territory including Tallahassee, FL; Montgomery, AL; Mobile, AL.
