Regional Transplant Center & OPO Liaison

Role: Serve as a clinical services representative for Lung Bioengineering, supporting ex vivo lung perfusion (EVLP) technology and organ transplantation efforts. Responsibilities: establish and maintain relationships with Transplant Centers (TXCs) and Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs); train medical professionals on EVLP devices; support clinical and operational workflows; provide ongoing education and feedback; participate in conferences, develop strategic insights, and manage stakeholder communications. Requirements: Bachelor's in a scientific or clinical field, 5+ years in organ procurement, thoracic transplant coordination, or related roles; proven relationship-building and training skills; proficiency in OPO processes and Microsoft Office; ability to travel up to 60%. Preferred: certifications like CPTC or CTP; experience with EVLP devices; familiarity with transplant policies, reimbursement, and CRM tools such as Veeva; clinician/scientific knowledge in thoracic surgery or transplant procedures.
