Regional Therapy Advancement Manager (RTAM) — St. Louis, MO

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive Awareness and Access to Therapy: Engage hospital administrators, physicians, and patients to increase understanding of cardiac arrhythmias (e.g., AFib) and treatment options including catheter ablation.
- Analyze Market Dynamics: Assess hospital/provider-side market dynamics, identify gaps in operational efficiency and patient care, and deploy Therapy Advancement tools to expand patient access.
- Educate Referral Networks: Provide education to electrophysiologists, cardiologists, primary care physicians, and emergency medicine physicians on ablation procedures, benefits, and outcomes.
- Develop Strategic Business Plans: Collaborate to create/execute compliant, data-driven territory plans that achieve business objectives.
- Present Health Economic Insights: Communicate complex health economic information to stakeholders clearly and credibly.
- Advocate for Electrophysiology Programs: Align with health system administration/hospital leadership to accelerate access to care and improve patient outcomes.
- Communicate Routinely with Field and Leadership: Maintain regular communication to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities.
- Advance Market Presence: Execute national/regional/local promotional campaigns.
- Ensure Compliance and Operational Excellence: Follow all regulations; complete mandatory training and required administrative tasks.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.

Required Experience and Skills
- 5 years of business experience.
- 2 years of sales, marketing, clinical, or commercial business experience.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and establish/maintain strategic relationships.
- Track record of leading multiple projects with urgency.
- Valid driver’s license; up to 40% travel (overnights/weekends) as needed.
- Residence within, or willingness to relocate to, the geography.

Preferred
- Prior sales/clinical experience in electrophysiology.
- Prior sales/clinical experience in cardiovascular therapeutic areas.
- Master’s degree or equivalent.
