Regional Technical Consultant

Job Description We are looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our team as a Regional Technical Consultant. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute across a range of activities that will help you build a strong professional foundation: Technical Product Support – Build a solid working knowledge of our dairy technology solutions, including product functionality, data interpretation, and practical farm applications. On-Farm Technical Assistance – Conduct farm visits alongside senior colleagues, helping customers integrate technology solutions into their daily operations. Customer Technical Support – Respond to customer technical enquiries related to product usage and functionality, using CRM tools and established support processes. Product Launches and Pilots – Participate in new product launches and pilot projects by supporting installations, training activities, and structured feedback collection. Collaboration with Commercial Teams – Provide technical input to sales and customer success teams to support customer discussions and ensure the appropriate use of technology solutions. Learning and Development – Actively engage in internal training programmers, certifications, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to continuously build your technical expertise. Documentation and Feedback – Accurately document customer interactions and collect structured feedback to support ongoing product and service improvement. Qualifications We are looking for candidates with a university degree in animal science, zootechnics, agriculture, information technology, or a related field. An advanced degree or specialization is an advantage but is not required for this position. Experience & Skills We welcome applications from candidates with up to 3 years of experience in a technical, agricultural, or customer-facing role, as well as from recent graduates eager to launch their careers.
