We are seeking a dynamic Director of Digital Experience to spearhead our global efforts in creating seamless, engaging, and impactful digital experiences across all touchpoints.

About the Role: As the Director of Digital Experience, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the Hologic brand delivers a differentiated and impactful digital presence. You will lead a talented team of digital designers, drive digital transformation, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement innovative digital strategies. Your deep understanding of digital ecosystems, stakeholder behavior, and emerging technologies will be key to our accelerated growth. This role will sit in either our headquarters in Marlborough, MA or San Diego, CA. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead: With a clear vision and presence, lead a team of digital designers. Inspire talent, leverage team strengths, and set clear expectations to drive accountability.
• Define: Create global digital strategies and long-term plans that meet business objectives. Define brand voice and messaging across digital platforms.
• Drive: Implement digital campaigns by facilitating the development of digital content in collaboration with global stakeholders. Own prioritization, drive progress, and report with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Flex: Champion change to drive the best outcomes while ensuring data privacy and security compliance in the overall digital experience. Elevate processes with clear plans for roll-out and justification.
• Analyze: Ensure successful impact and efficiency by analyzing team productivity. Make informed decisions on a stakeholder-centric approach based on data analytics, ensuring that digital strategies are effective and measurable for continual improvement.
• Pursue Excellence: Create and enforce brand guidelines to set the level of excellence across digital experiences, including website design and functionality for brand consistency. Stay abreast of tools, trends, and technology advancements to provide the best experience to our stakeholders.
• Collaborate Deeply: Nurture relationships with stakeholders, influence with results, and escalate accordingly.
• Brilliantly Communicate: Actively listen and be thoughtful with word choice. Set the standard for clear communication with presentations, words, and inflection while understanding digital marketing technical nuances and leveling information as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field with equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 10+ years in digital marketing, marketing technology (creative, design, analytics, and reporting), and/or marketing communications.
• Minimum 5+ years in the technical development of digital ecosystems, including backend content management.
• Minimum 5+ years of team leadership/people management experience preferred.
• Previous work experience in biotech, life sciences, or med tech is highly desirable.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $147,400 - $268,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
