Role Summary

The Regional Sales Director - Southwest will lead and manage a team of Therapeutic Specialists in the Dermatology market in the Southwest Region. This role focuses on launching the company and portfolio to a targeted customer base and driving acquisition, expansion, and retention within the assigned geography. They will develop and apply deep product and disease knowledge to promote appropriate use of Arcutis products and achieve sales and earnings goals. Ideally located in Los Angeles or Orange County, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Hiring, coaching and leading a team of Dermatology Therapeutic Specialists in the Southwest Region.
  • Launch Arcutis and approved portfolio of products to specified customer base.
  • Achieve and/or exceed all sales goals and objectives.
  • Supervise operations of the region including team development, administrative responsibilities, performance management, etc.
  • Develop and execute account-specific/region business plans and strategy.
  • Cross-functional team collaboration in line with goals and objectives.
  • Establish and/or cultivate KOL relationships.
  • Plan and contribute to sales meetings.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects at the region and possibly national level.
  • Develop expertise in disease state/market for the region.
  • Align with Arcutis values/vision/mission.
  • Manage region budget and effectively leverage approved resources.
  • Adhere to compliance and safety/health protocols established by the company.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field.
  • Preferred: Advanced degree.
  • Required: Typically 10+ years of field sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years of field leadership experience.
  • Required: Valid/current driverโ€™s license.
  • Required: Must live within the assigned geography.

Additional Requirements

  • Travel may be required up to 50% of time.
