Responsibilities:
- Build and lead the sales force from pre-launch through commercialization, including launch readiness and post-approval activities.
- Drive sales results for the successful commercial launch of Acoramidis by partnering with commercial and medical counterparts.
- Be accountable for Regional Sales team achievement of sales performance targets.
- Review Regional Sales team performance metrics to ensure brand strategies and plans are executed optimally for assigned geographies.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop differentiated product messaging and regional marketing plans.
- Establish, build, and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) with Marketing and Medical Affairs; expand relationships with KOLs and customers to increase advocacy for brands and the company.

Qualifications:
- 8–10 years in pharmaceutical/biotech.
- 3–5 years of front-line leadership.
- Cardiology experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated success building and leading a sales force from scratch with progressively greater scope and responsibility.
- Proven success mentoring, motivating, and developing a diverse commercial sales team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Product/indication launch experience with a track record of launching new products and/or new indications in highly competitive markets.

Where You’ll Work:
- Field-based role; candidates must reside in Texas, Louisiana, or Arkansas and regularly travel within the region.
