Regional Sales Director (RSD) β€” Territory: Philadelphia, PA; Atlantic City, NJ; Delaware

Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional launch planning and execution for successful market entry and sustained uptake.
- Translate national brand strategy into actionable regional business plans and field priorities.
- Achieve/exceed sales goals, market share targets, and launch KPIs using data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence; adjust strategy in real time.
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain 8–12 territory managers; coach via regular field contact.
- Maintain strong disease state, clinical, and product knowledge.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop relationships with healthcare providers, health systems, IDNs, and strategic accounts.
- Partner on key customer interactions, access challenges, and account strategies; support pull-through.
- Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Training, Operations, and HR for launch readiness.
- Ensure activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and industry/legal standards.
- Manage regional budgets/resources; maintain accurate forecasting, CRM utilization, and reporting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
- 3+ years people leadership experience in district/regional manager role.
- Proven specialty sales success exceeding performance goals.
- Prior launch experience required (first-launch/startup biotech strongly preferred).
- Strong business planning/analytical/coaching skills.
- Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension, or related specialties strongly preferred.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environment; willingness to travel extensively.

US Salary Range
- $180,000–$215,000.
