Regional Sales Director, Neuropsych – Southeast

Role: Regional Sales Director leading a team focused on Post-Partum Depression (PPD) treatments within neuropsychiatry. Objectives: build and manage a high-performing sales team targeting healthcare providers in OBGYN, Psychiatry, and Primary Care across Southeast states. Responsibilities: recruit, onboard, and develop Account Managers; execute strategic sales initiatives; foster stakeholder relationships; navigate complex treatment environments and care pathways; ensure compliance with regulations. Qualifications: BS/BA required, MBA preferred; 8-10+ years total experience with 5+ years in sales management or leadership; psychiatric and/or OBGYN sales experience or knowledge of depression market preferred; proven track record of high performance and launching products in competitive environments.
