Regional Sales Director, Neuropsych – Southeast

Role: Regional Sales Director leading a neuropsychiatry-focused sales team supporting postpartum depression (PPD) treatments, reporting to the Head of Sales- Neuropsychiatry. Responsibilities: recruit, hire, and onboard Account Managers; develop team skills; execute strategic priorities; foster compliance; and build relationships with healthcare providers in OBGYN, Psychiatry, and Primary Care across Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Requirements: BS/BA (MBA preferred); 8-10+ years total experience with 5+ years in sales management or leadership; psychiatry and/or OBGYN sales experience or knowledge of depression markets preferred; proven track record in high performance and complex product launches; ability to lead teams; strong planning, analytics, decision-making, and cross-functional skills; valid driver's license and regional residence with travel readiness.
