Regional Sales Director, Neuropsych – Southeast

Role: Regional Sales Director leading a team supporting postpartum depression (PPD) treatment, focusing on healthcare providers in OBGYN, Psychiatry, and Primary Care within the Southeast US. Responsibilities: recruit, onboard, and coach Account Managers; develop and execute strategic sales plans; foster cross-functional collaboration; build and maintain stakeholder relationships; ensure compliance with policies and regulations; analyze market dynamics; and cultivate team talent. Requirements: BS/BA, MBA preferred; 8-10+ years of experience with 5+ years in sales management, preferably in Psychiatry, OBGYN, or depression markets; proven success in launches and high-performance team leadership; experience with specialty pharmacy is desirable; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
