Regional Sales Director, Neuropsych – Southeast

Role: Regional Sales Director leading a neuropsychiatry sales team focused on Post-Partum Depression (PPD) treatments, with strategic and operational responsibilities. Responsibilities: recruit, develop, and coach Account Managers; execute sales strategies; foster cross-functional collaboration; build customer and stakeholder relationships; ensure compliance; and drive region-specific business growth. Qualifications: BS/BA required, MBA preferred; 8-10+ years total experience with 5+ years in sales management or relevant leadership; psychiatry and/or OBGYN sales experience or knowledge of depression markets preferred; proven high performance and launch success; ability to lead in complex, competitive environments; strong leadership, planning, and strategic skills.
