Regional Sales Director, Neuropsych – Southeast

Role: Regional Sales Director overseeing Neuropsychiatry sales for PPD treatments, leading a team of Account Managers within the Southeast region. Objectives: build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team, driving market penetration and strategic engagement with healthcare providers including OBGYN, Psychiatry, and Primary Care. Responsibilities: recruit and onboard sales personnel, coach for performance, execute strategic priorities, foster healthcare provider relationships, and ensure compliance with regulations. Qualifications: BS/BA required (MBA preferred); 8-10+ years total experience with 5+ years in sales management; psychiatric or OBGYN specialty sales experience and launch leadership in complex environments highly preferred; demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and high performance track record. Work setup: based in Southeast (Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee), regional travel required.
