Regional Sales Director, Neuropsych – Southeast

Role: Regional Sales Director leading a team supporting PPD treatment, focusing on healthcare providers in neuropsychiatry, OBGYN, and primary care within the Southeast US (Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee). Objectives: build and develop a high-performing sales team, execute strategic initiatives, and foster stakeholder relationships to drive PPD awareness and treatment adoption. Responsibilities: recruit and onboard Account Managers, coach for performance excellence, navigate complex care pathways, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Requirements: BS/BA (MBA preferred), 8-10+ years of experience including 5+ years in sales management, with prior psychiatry and/or OBGYN specialty sales experience; proven success in launch and highly competitive environments; strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytics skills.
