Regional Sales Director (RSD)
Responsibilities
- Build a performance-driven, community-focused sales force with end-to-end responsibilities from hiring to performance management.
- Motivate and inspire teams from pre-launch through commercialization, including launch readiness and post-approval execution.
- Clarify pre-launch expectations of field force responsibilities, ensuring adequate account research while maintaining compliant intent.
- Achieve results through a successful commercial launch for Infigratinib, working with a cross-functional team to ensure alignment and success.
- Be accountable to regional sales team sales performance targets by executing strategic account plans.
- Review regional sales performance metrics with the National Sales Director to ensure brand strategies and plans are executed optimally and to maximize sales results for assigned geographies.
- Collaborate with the National Sales Director and Home Office partners to gather insights and inform national strategy and tactics.
- Establish, build, and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in partnership with Marketing and Medical Affairs; expand KOL/customer relationships to increase advocacy.
- Model and reinforce a culture of compliance and integrity.

Qualifications / Required & Preferred Skills
- 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech.
- 5+ years of front-line leadership.
- Demonstrated success analyzing complex customers, developing account strategy, and driving implementation.
- Proven success leading teams in genetic, rare/ultra-rare disease, or skeletal dysplasia markets.
- Demonstrated success building and leading sales forces from scratch with increasing scope/responsibility.
- Willingness to travel over 50%.
- Strong sales leadership with evidence of mentoring, motivating, and developing a diverse commercial team in a fast-paced environment.
- Product/indication launch experience, including creating new markets and leading stakeholder/disease-state education.
- Curiosity and adaptability in adopting AI-powered tools and technologies.
