Job Summary
A Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for all commercial activities and execution of strategies within their defined region. Focus on key urology accounts and relevant institutions (hospitals, ASCs & clinics). Understand unique market opportunities, including reimbursement, health care delivery models, transitions of care, and patient pathways. Develop regional strategic plans and detailed business plans with the RBD.

Ensure target accounts understand steps to operationalize UroGen products, minimize access and operational barriers for patients and providers when ordering UroGen products, consistent with company compliance policies, procedures, and approved materials.

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Territory Business Managers, market access managers, certified nurse educators).
- Develop and leverage relationships with key customers throughout the region.
- Manage accounts (large and small Urology, hospitals, and pharmacy accounts).
- Meet product delivery needs for each customer.
- Translate strategies into actionable regional plans.
- Demonstrate expertise in disease state, product, surgical process, and reimbursement.
- Use business analytics and clinical/customer knowledge to build and implement an effective regional business plan.
- Complete administrative responsibilities (call reporting, expense reporting, communications, account documentation).
- Understand unique opportunities within the geography.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (required).
- Minimum 6 years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device experience.
- 2 years hospital or large account experience (preferred).
- 2 years Urology experience (preferred).
- Operational experience with EMR systems; onboarding accounts to new products; building electronic pathways (highly preferred).
- Consistent track record of performance.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally and train/share best practices.
- Resourceful, creative, enthusiastic, results-oriented.
- Travel 50%+ with overnight stays.
- Valid driver’s license.

Salary
$160,000–$170,000 USD per year.
