Qualifications: Bachelor's in Nursing, Business, IT, or Life Sciences; 8+ years in cell therapy or healthcare operations; minimum 5 years in leadership roles within cell therapy; experience in operational strategy, process improvement, and regulated environments. Preferred: knowledge of healthcare regulations, IT systems, and quality-control standards. The position is remote, based in the Northeastern US, with up to 50% domestic and international travel.
